| Espresso | A single shot of strong, aromatic coffee served in a warmed demitasse cup and is the basis for the following drinks |
| Espresso Macchiato | Macchiato is Italian for "spotted" or "marked". Espresso Macchiato is an espresso "marked" with a dollop of milk froth |
| Cappuccino | Espresso and steamed milk topped (or "hooded" like the capuchin monks) with froth. Usually 1/3 coffee, 1/3 milk, and 1/3 froth |
| Caffe Latte | Espresso topped with steamed milk and very little froth |
| Caffe Nero | Espresso topped with hot water |
| Americano | Black Coffee served with milk (or cream) on the side |
| Mochaccino | Chocolate mixed with espresso & steamed milk, hooded with froth & coated with chocolate sprinkles |
| Hot Chocolate | Our own chocolate mix made on the premises served in an Extra Large cup topped with frothed milk and chocolate sprinkles. |
